I signed this submission contract in March 2025. You should know that even if this type of contract does not have the power, of course, to override the law (If something is illegal, it is not because you authorize it in a contract that it will become legal), it has its importance for the question of consent. It is therefore, from a legal point of view, a contract without being one. There is no risk in breaking it, it is more at this level a symbolic commitment, but it nevertheless allows to demonstrate the existence of a common agreement at the time of its signature that one cannot deny later. Reading this contract will allow you to better understand the purpose of this site and under what conditions everything that can be seen there happens.
This contract is between XXXXX/Ophidia, the Submissive and XXXXXXXXXX/Mistress Mangusta, the Domina.
1 - The general purpose of this contract is to allow Ophidia to progress in her feminization and to live out some of her fantasies more intensely. The general idea of this relationship is that to master something, you have to practice it regularly with different levels of intensity, and that to pass certain stages, you sometimes have to do violence to yourself or have your hand forced.
2 - This contract will remain valid until the last day of the Venice Carnival 2026. It may then be renewed for a further year by mutual agreement. It applies permanently, day and night, every day of the year.
3 - Mistress Mangusta definitively accepts the following limitations to her authority over Submissive Ophidia:
- The practices should never permanently modify the general appearance of the submissive. Thus, it is possible to dress or wear makeup freely, but it will not be possible to impose a haircut or coloring, a tattoo, or a piercing, for example.
- - No order may be given to do anything illegal (according to French law AND the law of the country where the submissive is located) or dangerous. The Submissive will remain the sole judge in these matters. For example, since nudity is prohibited in French public spaces, the submissive may refuse an order requiring her to be naked outdoors. However, she may, if she wishes, request an adjustment to the request or accept the request, but she will not be punished otherwise.
- This contract must not harm the submissive's social or family life. She cannot be ordered to do things that might surprise or shock her neighbors, her family or her friends (for example, it is illegitimate to order the submissive to wear a prostitute's outfit to go and eat at his family's house, but it is, on the other hand, legitimate to ask her to go there wearing an anal plug)..
4 -Submissive Ophidia, after carefully considering the consequences and implications of this contract, agrees by signing, and without any reservations, to place herself under the control of Mistress Mangusta. By control, it is understood that:
Mistress Mangusta may contact Ophidia via Telegram whenever she pleases, as long as she has not given her permission to go to sleep. Ophidia must promptly acknowledge each message received and must report on the successful completion of each requested task. It is understood that some requests may be made very early in the morning, in which case they will be accompanied by an audible alarm intended to wake Ophidia.
- Ophidia must ask permission before going to bed.
- Ophidia is, of course, fully aware that control includes the sexual sphere. She must request permission for anything she wishes to do that has anything to do with sex. This last point particularly concerns masturbation, which will no longer be possible upon signing the contract without having made a formal request and received a positive response. Ophidia also agrees by this contract to commit acts of a sexual nature at the simple request of her Mistress.
- For control to be effective, Ophidia's entire home will be under video surveillance, including the bathroom and bedroom, so that Mistress Mangusta can check what her submissive is doing at any time of the day or night. Ophidia therefore confirms by signing this contract that she completely waives her right to privacy.
- Ophidia is informed that the surveillance cameras provided by Mistress Mangusta can operate without light and can be used to take photographs or videos. Ophidia waives all control over the images thus recorded, which may be freely used to feed a dedicated website called "Ophidia's World" as well as an adult site such as "Onlyfans." Ophidia therefore accepts, as a possible punishment, that particularly intimate or humiliating images of her may be disseminated. It is agreed that any profits from this "adult" site will be used exclusively to generate better content by financing Travel, Clothing, Gadgets, or various Rentals.
- Ophidia remains free to move around but must always report it beforehand. However, she agrees to be temporarily denied outings, but only as punishment. In order to monitor her movements, Ophidia agrees to wear a connected bracelet that displays her GPS location and heart rate at all times. The bracelet may only be removed for recharging when Ophidia is in bed. Removing this bracelet anywhere else without prior authorization would be a serious offense.
5 -In exchange for these various commitments, Mistress Mangusta will impose daily tasks on Ophidia in several areas in order to help her progress. In a collaborative and educational spirit, Mistress Mangusta would like to see a website set up where Ophidia will have to report on her activities and progress through detailed educational explanatory sheets. Ophidia must also communicate on the site the tasks received for the day and this imperatively before 9:00 a.m. The areas of activity will be as follows:
- Fitness: Ophidia agrees to undergo serious physical training. She will provide a medical certificate of fitness, like the one required to register at a gym. Some exercises may be based on Yoga and will aim to improve her flexibility and balance. More physical exercises will mainly aim to improve her thigh and gluteal muscles as well as to achieve a straight back, all with the aim of improving her overall appearance. Ophidia will also have to sunbathe when requested. She therefore confirms that she excludes tanning from the limits to body modifications mentioned in point 3 of this contract. Finally, Ophidia explicitly agrees to begin training as a Pony Girl.
- Feminization: Ophidia wishes to improve her femininity. Mistress Mangusta will take this into account and ensure that certain exercises are aimed at making Ophidia a distinguished or "natural" woman. This will involve creating a variety of feminine outfits, but also mastering the art of subtle makeup and feminine gestures.
- Sluttyfication: Ophidia agrees to have to play the roles of "sluts" in the broadest sense that this term can have, including makeup and vulgar postures but also shows with strong sexual connotations. Ophidia explicitly acknowledges being aware that this point of the contract transforms her into a sexual object and therefore agrees to be treated accordingly in writing as in reality and, without this being limiting, to have to perform fellatio, undergo sodomy as well as to be required to wear a sex cage and an anal plug. Unless Ophidia specifically and specifically agrees, all relations must be completely protected.
- Sissyfication: Ophidia agrees to be a Sissy. She will therefore have to learn to cook, receive guests and take perfect care of the house, dressed as a classic maid like the bare bottom. She will also have to learn to sew to repair or make clothes. She confirms that she accepts being "sissyfied" and to find herself in outfits or situations that can be very humiliating.
- Photography: Ophidia agrees to be a photo model within the framework of the activities already stated but also for thematic series that will be freely decided by Mistress Mangusta. Ophidia confirms that she understands that she must accept all types of photographs proposed, without any other limitations than those already presented elsewhere in this contract. The photos can of course be taken indoors or outdoors.
- Role-Playing: Ophidia will have to lend herself to theatrical acting and learn to embody different female characters with credibility and naturalness. These characters that will be imposed on her could be the pretext for photo shoots but also for scripted adventures that could be broadcast in the form of Videos, Photo Novels or Interactive Adventure Games.
- Images: Ophidia will have to use photos of herself to create, upon request, illustrations of quotes or thoughts, humorous dialogues or any other creation that Mistress Mangusta might wish to entrust to her.
6 - Ophidia accepts without reservation to be punished if she does not give full satisfaction to her Mistress in the execution of her tasks and in the management of the website. These punishments may take multiple forms such as, but not limited to, physical punishments (whip, whip, racket...), periods of sexual abstinence, temporary bans on alcohol or coffee, additional tasks to be performed or humiliating acts such as wearing a diaper, acts which may of course be photographed or filmed....
7 - It is clearly agreed here that safety remains the absolute priority and that Ophidia will be able to report without constraint or reprimand any pain or the beginning of an abnormal sensation and then immediately stop what she has been asked to do!
