What I have noticed over time is that those who force themselves physically through high-level sport or the pursuit of performance quite often have problems afterwards, while those who remain permanently sprawled on their sofas almost certainly have major problems afterwards...
So I'm going to put Ophidia on a moderate but serious fitness program, aimed at toning her while increasing the volume of her buttocks and strengthening her back, which needs to be straighter. I'm sure you'll enjoy the part of the program that will temporarily transform her into Pony Ophy!

Note : If you don't do any sport at all and you decide to take advantage of the sheets to get started, it's an excellent resolution BUT please, start by going to see your doctor and asking for a certificate of fitness for indoor sport (This is the paper that all gyms ask for to register you), which will avoid you a potentially fatal accident if you are unlucky enough to have a failing element in your health! And adapt our figures to your case! If I make Ophidia do 10 push-ups, it's because I know that with 5, she's not pushing hard enough but with 15, she'll be pushing too hard. It's up to you to find your equivalent. You can always take "easy" numbers if you want to "play" at doing sport but I strongly advise you not to take numbers beyond your capacities! It's not a competition of who has the biggest (against Ophidia, you won!) but rather a question of adapting to your own physique!
